Telemedicine at LPAH

We are pleased to offer two types of telemedicine to new & existing clients.

Phone Consultation:
• Schedule a 20-minute telephone consultation with one of our Doctors • Once we receive your request, we will book a date and time acceptable to our schedule. Prior to your scheduled appointment, we will ask you to provide any videos, pictures or lab reports you wish to discuss. For best results, we suggest, where possible, the use of a landline, or to make sure you are in a quiet location with good cellular reception.

Video Consultation:
• Schedule a 20-minute video consultation with one of our four Doctors. • Prior to your scheduled consultation, we will ask you to provide videos, pictures, or lab reports you wish to discuss.
• Requirements: Prior to your scheduled consultation, we will send a link to join a video meeting. Please allow a few minutes to test your device. We ask that you are situated in a quiet location with good reception.

Cancellation Policy We will require you to provide a credit card to book your consultation. We will charge your credit card at the time of the consultation. Cancellations/no shows less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a full consultation charge ($85.00)
