Dr. Amelia
Dr. Amelia’s love of animals stemmed from a childhood surrounded by pets. From dogs and cats to alpacas and chickens, there was always someone needing care. The deeper she dove into the world of veterinary medicine, the more she fell in love with it. After studying biomedical science and philosophy at the University of Guelph, she continued on to the Ontario Veterinary College where she achieved her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. She is particularly interested in surgery, preventative medicine, animal welfare, and caring for the aging pet population.
Outside of work, Amelia can be found reading a good book, climbing at the local bouldering gym, and spending time in nature.

Dr. Ellen
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Ellen grew up with many animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and it was taking care of her pet hamster Miley, that made her realize she wanted to be a veterinarian. She performed her undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2024. Her special interests include surgery, internal medicine, pain management and senior pet care. At home, Dr. Ellen is the proud pet parent of her three-legged cat Fig. When not at the clinic, Dr. Ellen spends her time trying new restaurants with friends, reading and indulging in her guilty pleasure: binge-watching the newest reality TV shows.
