Due to the high demand of our boarding services over the holidays and long weekends, we will require a credit card number to secure reservation. As well, there will be charges for cancellations with short notices. The charges are as follows:
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to drop-off date: No Charge
Cancellations up to 3 days prior to drop-off date: 50% of expected stay
Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to drop-off date: 100% of expected stay
